VKM was launched in 1989 by Vallassery Krishnakumar Menon as VKM Highgain Antenna. As every decade brought with changes in technology and its usage, VKM too grew with time, moving from the production of Antennas and TV stands to computer desks and office equipment.

In 2003, with the growing demand for high quality office furniture, the company focussed on creating office chairs and workstations that would suit everyone, under VKM Manasi Seating Tech which later came to be known as VKM.

We have six exclusive showrooms in South India Kozhikode, Bangalore, Kochi, Thiruvanathapuram, Malappuram and Kannur. Our company which had humble beginnings and was started on a deposit of Rs. 4,000, has now grown to an annual turnover of Rs. 5 crores.

Director Vallissery Krishna Menon, this all comes down to their legacy of dedication and perfection. “There is absolutely no compromise on quality, we use only the best quality raw materials and manufacturing processes. All our products are of top-notch quality.” Raw materials are sourced from Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai and Ludhiana, along with international imports from China and Malaysia, the key being to source the very best in materials from wherever possible.

In many cases, even after the warranty has expired, if we see that a product is ours we are happy to fix it at a nominal cost – perhaps this is why many of our first-time customers stay loyal customers for life!
